have a TD 20 that leaks fuel f

have a TD 20 that leaks fuel from what i believe to be fuel bowl what causes this and how can it be remedied

Sorry if you get this twice. I can't see my response anywhere so im doing it again. have the same moter. i took the screw out of the bottom of the carb and put an O ring in. Didn't think the screw was setting right. If you know of a place I can get parts for my motor let me know PLEASE!!!
