454 XL Electronic Ignition Culprit???

Engine is cranking over fine, getting fuel and air fine.... won't start.

I'm bringing it to the Professional Mechanic, but is there ONE USUAL suspect part of the electronic ignition system on these engines that goes?

Say maybe the ECM, Module or some other relay?? That tends to always fail

I promise to keep the forum up to date with progess as it happens this week.....

I realize it's a very, very vague question but sometimes you just got to throw it out there

If you have fuel, air and ignition and no start, time to do a compression test.

Do you have ignition? Verify whether you have spark or not.

I am yet to get down there, but my Son claims, he had no spark coming out of coil... replaced that and still no luck.

I have not yet been down there and we are in the middle of a Tropical Depression passing over Boston area.....

I'll keep board posted.. I likely posted a little prematurely but ya know how that goes...
