45 hp Chrysler outboard (1976?) turns over but does not start

Hi,
I have a 45 hp Chrysler outboard motor. We purchased with a 14 ft runabout.
The engine ran a couple of times but now it will not start.
I cleaned the carburetor. New gas with sea foam added with the 2 cycle engine oil. Fuel filter is good, good flow from tank to carburetor. New spark plugs and I have good spark.

Can you help?

Make sure the jet in the base of the carb is open.
The air/fuel screw needs to be set at 1 and 1/2 turns out.
That can usually get the motor running but needs adjusting once warm and in the water.
Seafoam is an additive and usually does nothing(my opinion).

Compression?
Check the tank for water?

Since you added SF make sure the float/needle aren't stuck.
Your choke working right?

When you clean the carb check the reeds and see if they are ok.
