Hi can anybody tell me where on this engine the water gets pumped out as I can't locate any water leaving the engine, it has a new impeller fitted and air passes freely through pipe leading to the engine block so no weed blocks but just can't seem to find exit hole??
cheers

also does anybody know where I can buy gasket for housing between block and drive shaft(not head gasket)
thanks again for any help!!!!!!

I know that model exists, but that is all I know about it. Are you in USA? Is it anything like the 1973 4hp models shown here in the parts pages? If so, the water sprays out the exhaust relief holes about half way down.

Hi no I'm in Ireland in the wettest season of the year, summer! ya I see the holes you mean but how does the water get there as there is no pipe leading to the exhust holes? from what I can see the water returns out a hole next to the drive shaft but then just pours on to the casing, when its all put together you can't tell if its pumping water as its not forced out anywhere???? feeling very confused with this,,!!! cheers for you help
