"Okay so after some good discussion from the board things have proceeded nicely in the Donzi over heating problem. When I last left, i was off to pull the risers and check the manifolds.
Well sure enough after thermostat housing was a nest of sea crusties as we talked about, The risers where pretty pugged on the port side, but the maniflods where very clean, go figure. Maybe this has something to do with the way the water pools in i do not know.
But thanks to all your help guys..will have it back together and give it a water test.
I was going to replace the exhaust manifolds but they are in very good & in clean condition.
I guess the crusties do not like this area as much."
