"Have run this engine all summer on our dinghy, but suddenly had an overheated engine with burning rubber smell. Shut it off and assume that I need to replace the impeller. (I have checked the outflow and intake for obstructions and can find none) Can anyone give me some instruction on how to order the part as well as replace the impeller? Model number J4RDHETB"

"Undo the two bolts to take the gearbox off. Then, undo the two bolts to pull the water pump off of the gear box. Take out the old impeller and go to a boat shop and order a new one."
