"150 mercury optimax beeps 4 times about every 2 minutes if run at idle, if throttle is advanced forward it tuns into a constant solid beep and governs down. when backed off it goes back to the 4 beeps. oil in boat tank is half full, oil runs out the top of the oil tank on the motor if the cap is loosened, both caps on boat oil tank seem to be tight, water is coming out the pee hole on the side of motor, dont have a manual, please help."
