4.3GL - Drain Cock to engine block thread sealant type?

I need to replace one of the two brass drain cocks (a.k.a. the petcocks used to drain raw water from block when winterizing). They're brass, and they go into the side of the engine block. I see there's a thread sealant of some type used at the drain cock to block threads. What type / brand etc. should I use?
