Yes absolutely. Are you doing a full bobtail swap or just long blocks?

There are some details like intake manifold differences front accessories on later engine will be serpentine vs V belt

In short no issue but there might be some details to work through depending on how much of the newer engine u have

Newer engine will pick up some hp with vortec heads
