My 3hp seahorse prop has a rub

My 3hp seahorse prop has a rubber gear that is shrunk and cracked from age. I don't know how to find or make a replacement or what it is even called. The serial # of the motor
is 1305014 Model # JW-11. The prop has stamped on it #203919 and also 6 1/8 X 6 1/4.
The rubber gear is about 1 3/4 inches in diameter. Can a person tell the year made from serial #?
Any and all tips appreciated.

"Thanks for your help. I found a Johnson dealer who looked it up on micro-fisch. It is a 1955 motor and the part is a clutch and is on order for $13.00. Hopefully in next week! Summers are short up here, need to get on the water.
