"I just got a 35 hp Evinrude,

"I just got a 35 hp Evinrude, Model #25028 ser#22939, I got it home, looked at it real close and looks like everything is orig. motor looks like it has never been "broken into", pulled it a few time's....nothing, checked for spark and there is none!! I noticed there is a female plug on the lower right side, 2 lil hole's......am I missing a switch? Is there a secreat I dont know about? If there isnt, where should I start?.Thank you."
