35 compression relief

i have a rde-19 that is missin

i have a rde-19 that is missing some kind of linkage to release compression to aid starting. i haven't been able to find a picture or drawing to know what else i don't know. any ideas?

"thank you for confirming what i have imagined. what is this called? i have seloc and have been to the library(am going to a big city this weekend, more than 5 books). i could manufacture most anything but it would be lots easier to buy. the timing of when the relief happens is still left to the imagination. i am a very visual learner."
