"i have a very extensive knowledge of yamahas however i am ashamed to say i know absolutely nothing about hpdi's. i recently bought a 2006 225 hpdi. this motor is replacing a 2000 225 ox66. i have a few questions as far as the rigging goes. 1) can i use the same guages, oil tank and harness? 2) is there a special oil i need to use? 3) are the gearcases interchangeable between the ox66 and the hpdi? thanks for your input"
