Just picked up a 2003 3.3M 2 s

Just picked up a 2003 3.3M 2 stroke. Previously had a Tohatsu 3.5hp. Anything special about this motor...serial is 0T258573.

"Darren, Merc's 2.0, 2.5 and 3.3 were the same motor pretty much except for the carb.

They have a CDI ignition that works well (and looks quite a bit like older Yami ignitions) but is quite expensive to replace parts if it ever acts up.

It is "normal" for these to seem a little "shaky" since it is only a single cylinder motor so don't spend countless hours trying to make it run "smooth".

All in all a decent little motor..."
