"I recently picked up a 28ft. silverton. Its been out of the water for 2 years, back end of the boat submerged. Motors got wet, pulled plugs and drained fluids, marvel mystery oil in cylinders, motors turn over, any suggestions on what I should do next."

Try starting

"Pray a lot!

Try starting them and, if you succeed, run them until they come up to temperature. Then pull the plugs and do a compression test. If that comes out okay, you're all set. If not, the motors will burn oil and foul plugs like crazy from rusty cylinder walls.
