30hmh yammy - puffing air sounds and stalling

Hey guys, just replaced the head gasket along with water cover gasket, also done all fuel lines, fuel pump & tank also spark plugs replaced and gapped
All fresh fuel… starts fine on muffs runs like a dream, soon as it’s in the lake it’ll sound like it’s puffing air and struggles to run bouncing up and down in revs, I’ll try to attach the video but you’ll have to listen closely towards the end

Also it will eventually stall aswell…. Cleaned carbys more times then its been in the water, my next step is check float level due to it running good on muffs…

Sounds like it is running lean.---Adjust low speed mixture ( richen ) it a bit at a time.

Whenever I seem to make it richer, it hits down and stalls any tips it’s currently a half a turn out anymore it bogs down maybe not at operating temps when I do this, any ideas
