3.0l Mercruiser Hesitation

I have a 3 litre mercruiser that's running rough. It starts and idles fine, you can rev it up in neutral and it runs great. When you pull away from the dock after warm up it runs rough but it comes around after 30 seconds or so and then after that it runs just as good as ever. I have a fuel separator (new filter), new filter in the bottom of the fuel pump, and the screen is present where the line goes into the carb. They all have been cleaned and the carb was cleaned last year with minimal use until this year. Issue just started this week. Ran all last month with no problem. Anybody ever have a similar issue?
 
corrosion or other crud on the terminals and/or the rotor...condensation or anything else that could redirect the spark energy...

At some point, a note about showing the year of production, engine model and serial number needs to show up in all new posts.

If it ran well until last month, maybe you could take a fuel sample.
