3.0 volvo engine/head pressure test

I have a 96 model pontoon with a Volvo 3.0. Getting water in oil after overheating. Have done pressure test with 20 lbs of air several times. After 1 hour bleeds down to 15 lbs and 2 hours later it's down to 0. I cannot hear air moving anywhere and have even used a stethoscope. I've sprayed entire engine wit soapy water and no bubbles anywhere. I drained rv antifreeze from engine and manifold before test even blowing through all hoses with shop vac. There is
some water seeping into exhaust side of manifold. I removed spark plugs prior to compression test and had water coming out all holes. Compression was within a couple pounds of 155 on all cyls. I believe its a head/gasket issue but want to confirm its not the head before proceeding.

Would appreciate any help or suggestions. Thanks,Gary

I wish I could tell you. There are no nameplates on motor. I've found different numbers stamped or casted on the block but they don't seem to correspond to a volvo number. The one that is stampedin is 2M09142RQ. Serial # possibly?

After looking a little closer I don't think my engine is original. It was originally red and has been painted black/charcoal. Hmmm

Seemed like a pretty general question to me. I don't know why it would be model specific. Don't all 3 liter motors pretty much work the same?
