I have a 280 leg with an AQ151

I have a 280 leg with an AQ151 attatched to it. While in gear moving forward at low rpm (600-800rpm) the leg comes out of gear or slips. If I give it a little more rpm it engages. The whole time I never manualy take it out of gear. Is this a problem coming or normal?. Oil and level are good.

"First, adjust the shift cable, as it seems it is not traveling enough when shifting into forward. And second, make sure you are using the same grade of oil as your engine (10W-30, 10W-40, 15W-40), and not gear oil."
