270 outdrive tilt motor

New brushes just brought my tilt motor back to life. While putting everything back together couldn't quite figure out the box that hold the relays. Does this box just sit on top of the worm gear housing?? Seems there should be a way to bolt it down so the work gear doesn't push the limiter switch up but I can seem to figure it out. The parts diagrams are not much of a help.

The two long screws ..... actually the nuts, hold this down onto the shoulder of the top aluminum housing.
These are over-sized nuts for the screw size.

Do not over tighten these two screws.... they will distort the case and cause the micro switch to malfunction.

Thanks for the quick reply. Suprisingly there were not any nuts when I removed the relay box. I love it when I buy someone else's screw up. I just ordered a new top cover because the current one was all cracked. Guess I need to go back and order the nuts. To confirm I'm ordering the right nut, it's # 24 in the parts diagram. Correct.

Number 24 would be an SEQ number. SEQ numbers vary from one schematic to another.
The screws and nuts would be SEQ #'s 28 and 29 in this schematic. These are nothing that could not be picked up at a good Hardware Store.

Or SEQ #'s 23 and 24 here. I rarely see the washers being used.
