Just curios if someone knows why i have lost high speed in forward. revs fine in reverse and neutral. the last time this happened i changed prop. (hub was damaged.) this time no change with new prop

"What year is the engine? What are the compression readings of all cylinders?

Describe the appearance of the spark plugs and what numbered cylinder they were in. What kind of spark plugs are you using (make and designation)?

With the spark plugs removed, the spark should jump a 1/4" or 7/16" gap, depending on the year of the engine, with a strong blue lightning like flame... a real SNAP! Does it?

You say the last time this hap

You say the last time this happened you changed the prop.(hub was damaged.) Normally when the hub is bad it will slip causing high engine RPM with little forward speed. So I don't understand if you are talking about engine RPM or boat speed.
