Trying to put a seal in lower

Trying to put a seal in lower unit i need to know how to get the rev.bushing out of the nose cone so i can replace the seal with out messing up the reverse bushing

By looking at the parts breakdown there is no nose cone. Are you talking about the brass head assembley next to the prop?

Yes it alum. with the rev. bus

Yes it alum. with the rev. bushing inside and the seal that right behind the prop.
