25hp 4 stroke EFI aprox a 2006

starts fine, run the pontoon boat out to the middle of the lake which takes about a hole 2 minutes
turn it off and it sometimes will not start again, for up to an hour, very intermittent.

troubleshooting the problem:
NO spark to spark plugs,
the gas inline pole has not pressure,
no beeps or lights.
motor does crank just doesn't start. safety switch bypassed
water varies coming out of pee hole, from hardly nothing to a good stream. (don't think this is related but a separate problem).

You need to take it to a Nissan, Tohatsu or Mercury dealer and let them hook it up to the diagnostic computer.

Had the same problem with my 2006 efi 25 hp 4 stroke.
Took me a year to find a tiny pin hole in the high pressure fuel line after the high pressure fuel pump
its only about a 8 inch piece of fuel line and it really wasn't spraying out any gas.
I replaced it and 3 years later still running perfect.
I would inspect that hose first..
