Triple-Trouble

Have been fighting this problem for a awhile and its getting worse, Cold starts fires up fine idles around 600 and slowly creeps up to 1200 - 1300 as it warms up, turn it off and restart it may be fine or fast idle may take multiple starts to get it to idle normally, it will run fine all day until you restart again and then may or may not start correctly. I have noticed sometimes when it screws up that the smart craft speedo needle raises to around 30mph or so. I have replaced the TPS sensor as suggested but no difference.
