25 hp year and model

i have a 25 hp evinrude what i think is a 1990.i was told that from the person i bought it from. i am trying to buy parts and not sure. there is no metal tag anywhere.there is nothing on the freeze plug.the only thing i find is a 21JN1 stamped on the rh mounting bracket.i need help.i am posting pics that may help someone. thanks for any help.

the plate is gone.i have been over this engine with a fine tooth comb. i did get a number off of the carb 432700 .i am at a loss.
