25 hp ruuber mount

I have a 25 hp Johnson j25eccm electric start console drive. Can anyone tell me the difference in these 2 bushings one says standard the other says long?
0303879 mount, rubber, upper side, std.
0325974 mount, rubber, upper side long
also how much of a pain is it to replace the upper front rubber mount #331812

Your motor is a short shaft, according to the model number, so it takes the "std" mounts.

I'm not 100% sure on the '88 models, so I'll let somebody else tackle the procedure question.

Thank you!! I was hoping that I could use the long ones since they are $60 cheaper.
