25 hp mercury overheating

I have a 1996 25 hp Merc that is over heating. It has a new pump. Thermostat is good.
Plenty of water out of the telltail But very little comes thru the prop hub and below the cover.
There is a blockage some place, Any Ideas?

Hope do you know that? Try running it without the t-stat and see if that helps.

Themostat is good. I pulled it out and tested it.
