25 hp 4 stroke problem

I have a 1999 25 hp 4 stroke pull start. I have engine oil dripping from the carburetor
intake, I think it might be piston ring blow-by thru the breather hose. can someone tell me what the compression should be and how many pulls? any assistance would be helpful..

The 4 stroke will do that if the motor was laying on the wrong side. The side with the carb goes up. And/or the oil is over filled
