Motor is sluggish to plane off but after plane off boat with run wide open and do some surgeing and when you stop to fish the boat won't plane off at all but will troll forever and finally take off I've changed the fuel line and bulb and also completely rebuilt the fuel pump and also put a rectified on the motor last time out if you ease the throttle on the motor would die if you floored the hot foot it would go I ran the boat about 3 mile shut it. Off and then the motor wouldn't start it was like the kill switch was pull had to get towed in my wife was taken to get the trailor I tried to start the engine with no luck wouldn't even hit when I got the boat home close the 2 hours motor starts right up in the garage this is a1996 /225 be on with less than 120 hours it has fresh gas is this the carbs or the power pack I don't what is need help thank you
