"Have a pair of 96 Evinrude 225 oceanpros.
Engine 1, good engine runs fine, fuel in all bowls.
Engine 2, doesn't want to run.
Noticeable problems, no fuel in bowls.
1 of the carb plates is stuck shut.
Open to suggestions about what I should try.
Also open to places to buy parts. Priced a fuel pump locally, $325.
