"im a yamaha guy but i came across an evinrude i couldnt pass up. so i have a few questions. the motor is a 98 225 carb evinrude. it has scuffed one piston and needs boring. i also have a 90 225 looper which hasnt ran in years however it has good compression, so can i put the 98 electrical system on the 91 block and can i put the 90 powerhead on the 98 midsection. thanks in advance"
