My kicker motor propeller shaft moves in and out of the housing an inch or so. It will go into reverse but will not go into forward.
What would make a propeller shaft move in and out? Shear pin on the dog clutch??
I did leave it down once last week and run the big motor and took off and noticed it in the first five seconds.
If anyone can tell me what would allow the prop shaft to move in and out an inch or so please let me know.
