2020 DF70A 4 stroke Fuel Issues

Motor sat for 3 months in florida with a quarter tank. Added fuel. Started right up no issues. Noticed rough idle. When forward gear and throttle was accelerated the motor would bog down and lose power. It would never shut off. Just lose power then pick back up then lose power again.

Pumped fuel out to check for water or debris. Fuel looked normal. No alarms were on. Tried to run again a few weeks later. Same issue.

Starts right up. Rough idle. When in gear and throttle is accelerated it has no power but will act like it get power but then bog back down.

also noticed bilge pump is no longer getting power and working. Battery issues? Fuel Pump issues? or spark plugs and wiring harness?
 
Stale/old fuel? Drain the VST and collect the fuel looking for dirt/water. What colour is the fuel collected from the VST? Have you tried running on a portable fuel tank with fresh fuel(after draining the vst)? When was the fuel filter last changed? Have you checked all the fuel lines and clamps for abnormalities? Basically check the entire fuel system looking for loose clamps, hard brittle lines anything out of the ordinary.
