2020 CAT C19.2-1000’s runs too cool!!!

Twin CAT C12.9’s 1000hp

They smoke a bit at idle. CAT techs say they’re running too cold. Engines won’t get hotter than 150(ish). This is a relatively new engine to them and they’re perplexed. Is anyone out there running these engines with the same issue?

If it's white smoke then it's unburnt fuel, if black smoke then running rich
Not able to find a C-19, can find C-18

Being they are CAT motors I would suggest posting on the Heavy Equipment Forum. The issue with posting there is where to ask this question because it's a boat.
