I have a 2019 Pro Kicker 9.9ELPS with remote controls and electric choke. I can get the motor to start but and it will bogg down when I throttle up in neutral. Once running it is high RPM, then if I go back to idle it will die. I have tried to put it in gear and then it will die.
Last week I rebuilt the carb and cleaned all the jets with carb cleaner and small gague wire. I have replaced the fuel filter. Carb was also rebuilt by the local mercury dealer last year.
I can't get 0 ethanol gas locally so I use highest octane possible with stabilizer and seafoam.
Any ideas?
