2019 DF 140A Conflicting information. White wire or no?

Just bought a 2019 DF 140A with w36 hours on it. There is a white wire witn bare end at front of motor. I know my 2008 DF 50 white wire went directly to battery +. In reading through various posts on internet, I assumed the loose white wire went to battery + but some posts say the 140A was redesigned and white wire does not go to battery. Any gurus got the inside scoop? Don't wanna fry my investment with an incorrect attachment of wires. Thanks in advance!

I assumed the white wire went to battery + but there's several threads online saying the 2019 140A was designed without it. Probably AI generated .I appreciate the links!!
