Have a 2016 150 hp 4 stroke that runs and cools normally. The issue is at 1/2 to full throttle it sprays clear lake water out of a 1/8" hose that exits on front of engine just on bottom edge of removable engine cover. Hose is is zip tied in loom with the wires and cable. It quits spraying at idle but streams out again once engine is around 2500 rpm and up. Is there a one way check valve under lower cowling that is stuck open or is it a indicator of to high of water pressure from cooling pump maybe a line to tie in a water pressure gauge?
