2016 E-tec G2 200hp missing part / parts

Hello guys!
I've recently bought this 2016 evinrude g2 200hp ourltboard for repairs. Too bad there's not much informations on the net about it. Found myself in very bad position not knowing this ourltboard. All bad done I'm trying here to have any hint. Please see the picture and tell me the missing part. It was in-line with a hose and bunch off connectors. And this connectors are scaring me much, please leave comment if you know anything. Thanks

Those connectors all connect the the main harness that runs to the helm.

But they don't seem to have an exit to the exterior of the outboard when all plastics are on. All it have out is this. My impression is the where connected to a device ( piece) inside. I'll look the internet on what you're saying. Thanks for the reply.
