2016 25hp

My2016 25hp 4 stroke runs fine in gear, but when I power back to neutral it dies. Starts right up again, but its annoying. Any ideas?

Is this an efi engine?

Yes it is.

IAC has a dashpot. Which is supposed to increase the tps slightly above idle on deceleration.
To stop stalling. Are you doing a fast deceleration? Or just normal slow down?

Does it on normal slow down, unless I decelerate really, really slow.
