2016 150 Four Stroke - Fuel Burn Question

I’m definitely paranoid about my motors, not sure why, so my ears and eyes are always open for an issue. I just made a 60 mile run and noticed a few things. Right around 3000-3500 RPM’s I’ve noticed that my starboard engine burns about a gallon less per hour than the port engine, above or below that range they run very close…I’m curious about that.

Additionally, in that range there seems to be a bit of vibration, above or below no vibration. The props are brand new, no damage. Not sure if it’s normal or not, or could it be related to the fuel burn difference.

The boat is out of the water at the moment for some canvas work so I might pull the plugs and have a look, those were also new this season, as was the fuel filter.

Any other suggestions?
