The motor was running for about five minutes at 4500 rpm, when it started slowing down on its own. Then it would accelerate, decelerate, repeatedly until it stalled if left with the throttle in the 4500 rpm position. Starts up as if no problem. If I leave it around 3500 - 4,000 rpm it runs fine. 4500 rpm plus it runs for about 15 seconds before starting to die. The motor only has about 15 hours of run time over five years. Thoughts?
