Exhaust temp on both motors on the port bank on both of them is over heating. Took apart check valve and found no issues. Also changed temp sensors from side to side and made no difference. Any suggestions
 
Could use a serial number of one of the motors

Have you measured the exhaust temp with a IR temp gun?

When was the last time the impellers were changed?

I have not done that with thermal but I have switched sensors from side to side. I have a scanner and the temp stays the same even with switching sensors. Impellers done last year and my water pressure at 3000 rpm is 20 ish on both motors and 6ish at idle.

Don't understand the highlighted because you said

This is both Port and Starboard motors have the same issue?
 
Yes both motors are having the same problem. The port exhaust on each motor will over heat after running at 3000 rpm or higher for a little while. The starboard exhaust on both motors runs around 150 degrees. I have a scanner and can watch the temps just creep right up. I do not have a temp gun with me.
 
When checking and switching part items out with each other, are you doing the ones on the exhaust manifold or the exhaust riser?

The manifold has an O2 sensor while the riser holds the temperature sensor. Also both units have separate check ball valves that could be affected so you/we’ll want to make sure you checked the correct ones…

see items 6, 16, 23 - 26
And items 1, 10, 19 - 22


 
Yes I am changing the ones on the risers. I also took the 26- 23 out and checked them on all exhaust risers and really didn’t see anything wrong with them no rust or blockage. I do not have 19- 22.

Would be good to provide all issues other than some kind of piece mill
Not sure what piece mill means.

I have mechanical back ground on cars but not boats. I have two motors in the boat and both motors on the port exhaust riser where the temp sensors are at will read over 200 degrees when ran at 3000 rpm’s or more. The starboard risers will stay in the 150 degree range. I have a scan tool on the motors to get these numbers. I do not have a thermal gun with me this weekend. I have taken the fittings out of the risers and they seem clear. The motor run fine other than that. The temp of the motors themselves never gets over 175 degree. The impeller pumps were replaced last year. I have about 6 psi at idle on both motors and at 3000 rpm I have about 20 psi on both motors. Hope this puts everything together
 
While it’s a long thread, and I’m going to start you near/at the end of a 5 page of the thread but it may be beneficial to have a read of the following near similar issue to see if it helps here any.
 
Took both port exhaust risers off today and checked to see if I could find any blockage in them and didn’t find anything that jumped out. The link Fun Time sent me was helpful but my system doesn’t have the fuel cooler that they are describing. We took it out today and it alarmed while in the channel at 1000 rpm on starboard motor. Shut everything down and restarted and it went back to normal again. Alarmed again out on the lake after about five minutes at 3500 rpm brought it back to idle and then went back to 3500 rpm and did fine all the way to the island. About 15 minutes. Going to bring thermal gun next weekend and get true numbers.
 
Get a short section of clear hose, double barbed fittings and hose clamps. On raw water side install clear hose in a couple areas. Then run motor and watch for bubbles, there should be few little
 
more likely both of the manifolds lower section are clogged
drain the manifolds and drill a 3/16 hole thru the coreplug,use a flat screwdriver to flip sideways and a awl or small phillips and remove the coreplug
Almost sure it will be plugged up new plugs come 6 toa pack for about $12.00
