2013 Yamaha 300 stalls out

My starboard engine stalls out, seems like a lack of fuel. We will run the engines at 3400 RPM for about an hour. We stop for about an hour at lunch or swimming. Both engines start up as we idle out of the slow zone. The starboard engine will stall out. Initially, I would pump the fuel bulb and it would start and run but lately the engine won't start again. The check engine warning comes up on the screen and it wont turn over. I have replaced all the filters and the pump on the VST. The problem can't be recreated at the dock. Does anyone know if there is a diagnostic check I can have done to see what the problem is? Thanks
 
With the check engine light illumination there should also be a fault code.

What is the model of the motor and what tachometer do you have, if you have one?

I didnt see a fault code, only check engine. I am looking around for a mechanic with a diagnostic tool to find the code. The model is LF300XCA and I have the square digital gauges. Thanks
