I have a 2013 9.9 4 stroke merc outboard on my 14 Jon boat. I have a trolling motor on the bow and 2 batteries in the stern. The carb is new and the throttle linkage is set and working. The motor start and runs fine I just can't get it on plane. The prop is 8.5 pitch and in okay shape. I only weigh 180lbs. Is it a weight issue or do I need a flatter pitch prop
