2013 60 hp big foot wont charge battery

I have a 2013 60 hp big foot on a pontoon. Battery keeps going dead. I checked the charging while it was running and I'm getting 12.1 volts. Obviously not enough to keep battery charged. I don't really want to drop it off at a dealer for 2 weeks with only 6 weeks left to enjoy it this summer.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

By attention do you mean replacement? Is replacing that a DIY or a trip to the repair shop?

First battery this summer did have a bad cell. The latest one was just tested last Sunday and its good. I'm wondering if the motor took out the first battery??
