2013 4.3 MPI fuel pump vapor lock

I have a 2103 4.3 MPI that is experiencing fuel pump vapor lock. Engine starts and will run perfectly until a shut it down and then takes about 30 minutes to restart. I spent $1700 on new fuel pump and cooler however still having same issue. I've also insulated fuel lines, and run non-ethanol fuel. I've hooked psi gauge to fuel rail to confirm this. I've also checked check valve. Any other items I could check?

whats the actual engine temp, after a hard run you need to let it idle to remove engine heat before shutdown. when was impeller changed last?
