2012 Yamaha F150 won’t start

Hi I have a 2012 Yamaha F150 that won’t start Spins over and fires off by squiring starting fluid in the air cleaner but nothing without it. Made sure I had fresh gas, cleaned injectors and fuel rail Seems like the injectors are not working but if I trigger them on my diag tool they all fire off. What signals the injector to spray the right time. I pulled the plugs and they seem to be dry.

The ECU applies a ground to the injectors to cause them to open.

Does the red/yellow wire to the injectors have battery voltage to them when the key is turned on?

I will go back and check tomorrow or Monday. I’m assuming they do because the diagnostic tool I have allows me to trigger each injection and when I do they fire off fine. I’m dong this pugged in the ECU

Thanks

Sorry grammar was pretty bad typing from the cell phone.
I'm curious what triggers the ECU to apply the ground to each injector at the appropriate time. I put the boat in a slip at my dads house and it was running fine as it always does and I cannot see all of the injectors going bad.
I'm wondering if the cam position sensor or something else may have failed and not signaling the ECU but it does have fire just no fuel.
Also I did check the electric fuel pump and it's good with fuel to the rail.

Thanks

I am leaning towards a cam positioning sensor but I’m not sure where it’s located on my 2012 Yamaha F150.
Is anyone familiar because I’ve looked and cannot locate it
