2012 Rinker 216 captiva with 4.3 mercury

Boat starts up , after a minute or so the engine shuts off and gauges are blank , few minutes later you hear the beep and the gauges all come back on and boat will start , also when it does this the engine will still turn over just not fire up , marina replaced the ignition switch but still doing it , any ideas ?
