Last night my outboard was intermittently not running on all cylinders. For the most part, it was between 3 and 4 of the cylinders but at one point I was afraid I wouldn't get on plane (guessing I was only on 2 cylinders) before the other cylinder(s) kicked in. Where do I begin with diagnosis? I haven't changed the spark plugs since I inherited the boat 2 years ago. Still running last year's fuel but it was treated with SeaFoam before I winterized the boat. At start up, I get the single engine beep stating no issues. Motor starts without issue and purrs like a kitten, just has intermittent power loss. Any help is appreciated.
