2011 Tohatsu 30 HP

I have a 2011 Tohatsu - 30 HP outboard that i bought 2 years ago and no issues for 2 seasons. runs great. this year when first run on the lake i noticed no water coming out circulation outlet. I traced thru to see if maybe a spider got in there during storage but nothing. I dont want to assume that it is the impeller as the motor has very low hours between myself and previous owner. Maybe less than 150 hours. Is there anything else i can check before spending big money to go to the marina ? Help !!

What model (not year). In fresh water, water pump kits are typically good for 3 years. Not 13 years.
